About Trackline Recovery
Trackline Recovery is a veteran-led recovery and field services organisation built from lived experience and operational discipline.
The Founder
Trackline Recovery was founded by Jarrod Hancock, a former Australian Army sniper with experience operating in high-risk, high-pressure environments.
Military service instilled a deep understanding of discipline, planning, field craft and accountability. Skills that remain essential well beyond uniformed life.
Transitioning out of service revealed a different reality: a loss of structure, a loss of direction and the absence of systems many veterans rely on to function.
Trackline Recovery was built to address that gap and to give life purpose after service.
Why Trackline Exists
Trackline Recovery exists because recovery does not end with survival.
Too many people - particularly veterans and first responders - are left to navigate life after service, addiction, loss, or suicidal crisis without clear structure or practical support.
What began as personal recovery became a commitment to build something functional, grounded and accountable
Not symbolic.
Not performative.
Not abstract.
Our Approach
Trackline Recovery applies operational thinking to recovery and field services.
Assess. Plan. Execute. Review.
Whether supporting personal recovery, conducting investigations, or delivering time-critical logistics, the standard remains the same:
Calm execution under pressure.
Simple ideas
Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
Lasting impact
We build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious.
How We Operate
Trackline Recovery operates selectively and on a case-by-case basis.
Not every task is accepted. Not every situation is suitable.
Services are delivered within legal, ethical and operational boundaries with a focus on safety, discretion, and long-term sustainability.
Principles
Accountability over appearance
Structure before emotion
Consistency over intensity
Execution over intention
Quiet professionalism
